We have 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools. The JB McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Outdoor Pool is a great place to take the kids and unwind during the summer months!

Recreational Swim
Open to DoD ID holders (Family Members, Retirees, and Active Duty & DoD) and sponsored guests. Open to all ages. Please bring a towel.

Pool Party
FSS Indoor Pool at JB MDL Dix or Pine Ridge Outdoor Pool at JB MDL Lakehurst can be reserved for your party! To make a reservation, please call 87FSS Aquatics at 609.562.2808.
Party time is 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM during scheduled operational hours. You may come in between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM to set up for your event.
Party Group Rates:
Up to 15 people: $55
16 – 20 people: $70
21 – 25 people: $85
26 – 30 people: $100
31 – 35 people: $115
36 – 40 people: $130
Swim Lessons
Available to all DoD ID Card Holders
Fee: 1/2 hour sessions twice a week for 4 weeks (total of 8 lessons) are $80 per person.

Pool Policies

DoD ID Holders: No children under 13 are allowed to stay, unless accompanied by an adult General Public: No children under 18 are allowed to stay, unless accompanied by an adult Parents are responsible for watching their children
• If the pool closes for any reason, patrons at pool less than 2 hours will receive a free admission coupon. POOL CLOSES FOR THUNDERSTORMS
• No refunds
• No animals in pool facilities
• No chewing gum
• No glass containers
• No drugs or alcoholic beverages
• Restrooms are for pool patrons only
• Smoking only permitted 50 feet away from the front of the building
• No smoking in the back yard area
General Swimming Pool Rules

NO running in pool facility
-
NO horseplay: This includes dunking, wrestling, and chicken fights (people on shoulders) DO NOT hang on or swim over the lifelines-they are for DISTRESSED SWIMMERS

NO Extended breath holding or prolonged underwater swimming

NO diving or jumping into the small pool or shallow end of large pool

If a whistle is heard, stop everything and look at the lifeguard for instructions

Three (3) loud blasts of a whistle signals swimmers to exit the pool immediately Kickboards are NOT allowed for use during recreational swim

Flotation Devices: Only Coast Guard approved life jackets and water wings are permitted NO flotation devices are allowed in the large pool when the small pool is open

Children requiring the assistance of a flotation device MUST BE accompanied by an adult IN THE WATER at all times
Diving Board Rules
-
DO NOT wear goggles or masks
-
One person at a time on the diving board-the next person in line waits at the bottom of the stairs
-
Jump or dive straight off the diving board, NOT to the side
-
Exit the pool on the side closest to you
-
DO NOT swim under the diving board or in front of the lifeguard chair
-
NO forward or backward flips allowed! One bounce only on diving board.
Slide Rules

MUST BE 48” TALL TO RIDE THE SLIDE
-
1 person at a time on the slide/diving board:person in line waits at the bottom of the stairs No lifejackets, masks, goggles, or water wings on the slide or diving board

Must lay on back, feet first, arms and legs crossed on slide
-
Patron not allowed to wait at end of slide/diving board in water for another person
Swimming Attire and Infant Rules
- Bathing Suits ONLY: NO T-shirts, cut-off shorts, or sweatpant shorts allowed
- Infants: NO disposable diapers. Infants MUST WEAR either a swim diaper, cloth diaper covered with plastic or rubber bands, and a bathing suit – NO EXCEPTIONS!
