How strong are you? Male participants must lift a combined 1,000 lbs in the squat, bench press and deadlift in a single session. Female participants must lift a combined 500 lbs. in the same lifts.
- McGuire Fitness Center event time: 1:30pm – 4:00pm. *If you would like to volunteer to help run the event, please contact the front desk at 609.754.6085.
- Griffith Field House event time: 1:30pm – 4:00pm. * If you would like to volunteer to help run the event, please contact the front desk at 609.562.4888.
- Lakehurst Fitness Center event time: 6:30am – 6:00pm
Squadrons with at least 10 members participating will receive bonus Commander’s Cup Points.
