To ensure you receive the best product at the best price, please review the following before submitting your request
- Walk-Ins are Discouraged
- Please contact us for an appointment. Your project is important to both you and the Design Center, and it deserves the attention only an appointment can provide. Failure to make an appointment will result in a longer turnaround.
- Minimum 5-Day Production Window
- Plan ahead – there is no 24-hour service. Due to volume, complexity, and equipment limitations, the Design Center will not provide less than a 5-day turnaround for any project. Allow a minimum of 14 working days for larger, more complex projects, or those sent out for quantity printing.
- The Design Center is not a Print Shop
- Depending on the project we may provide printing in small quantities. For quantities exceeding 100 or those projects requiring folding, stapling, or other configurations we use outside contractors. This will affect production time.
- Multimedia Projects
- All multimedia projects including PowerPoint presentations, video, or any combination of which will be estimated based on information provided. We will help you with an outline and explain what will be required to complete your project.
- A Credit Card Number is Required
We do accept checks and cash in the exact amount of your purchase however a credit card number is required before we can proceed with any request. This is only a hold measure and your card will not be charged until you receive your product. GPC Card, VISA, MasterCard, American Express are accepted.
Please Note: The credit card number you present at the time of order will be charged if you fail to pick up your project within thirty days, or we discover that after canceling an order a customer has used any material we generated.
A list of basic charges for the most commonly purchased items is available. Please call us to obtain a copy or call us for a price quote. Fee may vary by the project's complexity, quantity, size, etc. Many of these products have labor charges included in the final price.
- Rush Charges
- We will accept rush orders (work that is needed before the 5-day or 14-day turnaround period) only after consultation, and only after you agree to pay an additional 50% of the total project cost.
The 87FSS Design Center is not responsible for the quality of either material or production provided by the customer. Please ensure any photographs or artwork you submit is of a high resolution to both produce well and/or increase in size. Customers are responsible for the proofing of all products provided by the 87FSS Design Center when applicable or otherwise instructed.
The 87FSS Design Center is not obligated to replace, rework, or provide a refund for any material after the customer has signed the proof sheet(s). The 87FSS Design Center will replace, rework, and/or refund any material with errors caused by the Design Center after proofing by the customer. The 87FSS Design Center does not offer matting or framing as a rule, however, we will provide pricing upon request.
