Postal Service Center (PSC)
The PSC provides mail service to individuals residing in the dormitories. Temporary mail service is provided to personnel TDY and newly assigned personnel awaiting base housing. Dorm residents receive a free mail box. TLF/Temp receive general delivery.
Information
If going on leave or TDY (for more than 7 days), addressees should notify the PSC in person for mail handling instructions.
General Delivery mail recipients will not be issued a mail box key and should check the PSC at least once per week for mail.
General Delivery mail not picked up within 30 days will be returned to sender (unless hold instructions have been provided).
Personnel obtaining housing must provide their forwarding address to the PSC and will be given one month of service forwarding to the new address.
To ensure delivery and holding of items, incoming personnel would need to contact us and set up General Delivery BEFORE sending anything to the address.
PSC General Delivery can accept UPS, FedEx, DHL, and mail delivered through the US Postal Service. The PSC does not sell postage stamps; however, stamps can be purchased from the US Postal Service located in the same building as the PSC. The US Postal Service hours are Monday-Friday 11:30am-4:30pm.
Due to the limited office space:
- General Delivery can not receive any furniture pieces, appliances, large house/office equipment.
- Boxes/packages must be smaller than 15”L x 12”W x 10”H to be accepted at General Delivery. No exceptions. Items that exceed these dimensions will be returned to sender. Only 1 box per household to send.
- No persishable items for delivery!
