Free Lap Swimming is available at the Pine Ridge Pool from 11:00am - 12:00pm weekdays for AD/DoD ID Cardholders 18 years of age and older.

Earn entries into a drawing at the end of the month each time you swim during lap swim. The more days you swim, the more chances you get to win a prize at the end of the month. This is a great way to use the Civilian Fitness Wellness Program that allows for DoD employees up to three hours a week to participate in physical fitness and wellness activities.
