Commander and First Sergeants come together and learn about how to have a successful Key Spouse Program.  A review of what a Key Spouse should be and the necessary requirements if a unit has a Key Spouse.  Also, Commanders and First Sergeants who already have a successful Key Spouse Program can share their best practices.  A question-and-answer period will follow.
