This eight-week program utilizes the fitness trackers you’re already wearing to motivate your workouts and track your progress. Every day a “Workout of the Day” will be posted to inspire you to achieve your summer fitness goals. Choose to complete as many or as few workouts each week to fit with your schedule and goals or log your home workouts as well!
See front desk staff for instruction on all movements and workouts as well as for information on tracking your progress. MyZONE heart rate monitoring systems are available for loan at FSS Fitness Center Lakehurst.
