Join 87FSS ODR for a bucket list fishing experience 90-miles offshore aboard The Gambler located in Point Pleasant, NJ.The Gambler is a US Coast Guard certified 90-ft Super Cruiser with large upper sundeck, interior cabin, and all the electronics to find the fish.This 24-hr trip will target yellowfin and longfin tuna but may also bring in mahi, tilefish, swordfish and other big game.

Fee includes charter admission, rod/reel rental, bait, iced fish storage and filleting services. Participants are responsible for own transportation to the marina, food/beverages, on board purchases, and cash for crew gratuities. Dress in layers for all weather, bring sunscreen, and comfort items (pillow/blanket) for the long ride offshore. Free parking available on site. Coolers allowed.

Registration Dates:
August 1-22 for Active duty priority (ID check required with ODR)
August 22 through Sept 14 for all other DoD.

Recon Active Duty members and dependents pricing:$250.00 per person.
All other DoD ID holders: $355 per person.

This trip is for ages 18+ only. 20 spots available.

*To be eligible for R4R initiative RecOn pricing, participants must be Active Duty members and present ID upon reservation.
Active Duty member must attend the trip to qualify any dependents for R4R pricing and dependents ID's must also be verified.
